I'm a designer who leads with curiosity, blending visual sensibility with human-centric thinking. I'm always looking for the next thing worth building together!

Portrait

I studied people before I studied pixels. That still shapes how I design.

Who I am

Before design, I studied psychology. I was fascinated by how people think, behave, make decisions, and interact with the world around them. At the same time, I was always drawn to the art of creating. Whether it be photography, music, film, writing, or design, I loved anything that involved giving tangible form to something that started out as an idea or passing thought. Design eventually became the medium through which I could marry those curiosities, where technology, psychology, and creativity come together. Starting with fundamentals in UX/UI, I then dove headfirst into end-to-end design and development, teaching myself the tools and processes needed to take an idea from blurry beginnings to something real. Today, I continue to explore the space between people, design and technology. I like figuring out how something should come to be, how it should work, and then obsessing over the details that make it look and feel good to use.

How I work

I usually start by trying to understand the problem before touching the interface: who it’s for, what they’re trying to do, and where things are getting in the way. From there, I like to work quickly through ideas, flows and rough prototypes before refining the strongest direction into something clear and polished. I care a lot about the details, but I try not to lose sight of the bigger picture while perfecting them. I also like staying close to how things actually get built. Whether that means prototyping, testing ideas, or using code and AI-assisted workflows myself, I find the best decisions happen when design isn’t isolated from the product. I’m not precious about the first idea either, I’d rather question it, test it, and make it better.

Off-screen

Outside design, I’m usually still making or learning something. Photography has been a constant for years, and I’m rarely far from a camera. I also enjoy learning languages, writing and producing music, doodling on my guitar, climbing mountains, and I have a habit of going down rabbit holes, whether that’s random geography or history trivia, cooking recipes, or some idea I suddenly decide I need to understand properly. I also adore travelling and seeing how people live in different places and cultures. A lot of what interests me outside work eventually finds its way back into how I think about design: noticing details, understanding people, and being curious about why things are the way they are.

The latest cuts from my personal playlist. Genre-agnostic, just like me and my approach to creating.
